∎ Alpha Catering is hiring a Client Service Executive!
∎ Alpha is one of the leading catering firms in Bangladesh. With diversified verticals in consumers foods, cloud kitchen, and e-commerce marketplace, we regularly execute orders for hundreds of guests in various prestigious corporate organizations, convention centers, as well as for high profile private clients. Besides, we also work closely with various government organizations to cater for their monthly and annual events. We have also served for the Honourable Prime Minister of Bangladesh twice.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage company hotline and attend to all incoming call inquiries.
∎ Respond to all social media inboxes and comments.
∎ Provide warm, cordial customer service over online/offline communications (eg: email, web chat, social media, phone calls) to ensure smooth operation and positive consumer experience.
∎ Regularly take feedback from past clients, and also engage in prospect-hunting.
∎ Build relationships with prospective clients through sales visits.
∎ Assist the sales team in all sales related activities.
∎ Prepare pitches, presentations, proposals etc. for private as well as corporate clients
∎ Maintain up-to-date records of all inquiries, including leads, conversions, CRM database etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in speaking and writing in English
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
∎ Ability to easily mix with people and build relationships
∎ Smart, well-mannered and a team player
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
