Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee recruitment and onboarding
∎ Payroll management
∎ Develop employer branding strategies
∎ Restructure HR policies and improve company culture
∎ Develop & conduct internal trainings
∎ Conduct employee engagement activities towards welfare
∎ Oversee weekly compound and kitchen deep cleanup activities
∎ Conduct weekly audits of kitchen and storeroom for compliance with all safety and hygiene standards
∎ Other administrative tasks
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be a people person
∎ Working knowledge of HR policies
∎ Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
∎ Must have good English skills (written and verbal)
∎ Tech and social-media savvy
∎ Detail-oriented & analytical problem-solving approach to work
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
