Responsibilities & Context:

Job Overview

A leading organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant HR & Admin Lead to oversee and manage all Human Resources and administrative functions across two factory units in Narayanganj. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient operations, covering end-to-end HR management, plant administration, accounts coordination, and oversight of security, logistics, and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) functions.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & MIS

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for both factory units, including manpower planning, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

  • Ensure implementation of HR policies and compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational guidelines across both locations.

  • Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, leave, payroll inputs) in HRIS systems.

  • Prepare consolidated HR MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) covering headcount, attendance, turnover, overtime, and productivity.

  • Coordinate performance management processes including KPI tracking and appraisal reporting.

  • Support competency assessment, training needs analysis, and employee development initiatives.

  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.

  • Ensure statutory compliance and timely submission of HR-related reports.

  • Analyze HR data to provide insights for workforce optimization and decision-making.


Administration & Regulatory

  • Oversee administration of both factory units to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Manage office services including maintenance, utilities, transport, accommodation, and asset management.

  • Maintain administrative records, contracts, and vendor documentation.

  • Coordinate procurement of administrative supplies and services within budget guidelines.

  • Supervise vendor performance and ensure service quality.

  • Monitor administrative costs and identify efficiency improvements.

  • Coordinate with Finance & Accounts for invoice processing and payments.

  • Support plant-level accounts documentation and compliance.

  • Ensure audit readiness (internal & external) through proper documentation.

  • Liaise with regulatory bodies (labor office, fire service, law enforcement, etc.) as required.


Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

  • Ensure compliance with all EHS policies and regulatory requirements across both factory units.

  • Monitor workplace safety and conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.

  • Promote safety awareness through training and communication initiatives.

  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive measures.

  • Coordinate emergency preparedness (fire drills, evacuation, first aid readiness).

  • Maintain EHS documentation and compliance reports.

  • Monitor environmental standards (waste management, emissions, etc.).

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve safety standards and minimize risks.


Security & Logistics

  • Oversee security operations for both factories including access control, CCTV monitoring, and visitor management.

  • Supervise security and transport vendors ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.

  • Manage transportation and logistics operations including employee transport and material movement.

  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting for security and logistics activities.


People Management

  • Lead and develop HR, Admin, and support teams across both factory units.

  • Ensure effective manpower planning and task allocation.

  • Foster a positive work environment emphasizing engagement, discipline, and collaboration.
