Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
∎ Maintain coordination between various departments such as Supply Chain, Accounts, Front Desk, and Kitchen/Production.
∎ Monitor staff attendance, shift schedules, and task distribution.
∎ Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
∎ Ensure that customer service standards are met by supervising frontline operations.
∎ Coordinate with the head office and implement operational directives and reporting.
∎ Maintain communication with vendors, logistics, and service providers for uninterrupted workflow.
∎ Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements for better efficiency.
∎ Ensure compliance with company rules, safety standards, and operational SOPs.
∎ Handle emergency situations, complaints, and unexpected issues promptly and professionally.
