Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Or, BSc in Textile Engineering,
• Or, educational qualifications may be flexible for candidates with extensive relevant experience. 

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Dyeing Factory

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to interact smoothly with others.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Officer / Senior Officer for Quality (Online QC) in our Dyeing Factory. The key responsibilities include:

• Conduct online quality inspection during dyeing processes to ensure fabric meets required standards.

• Monitor and check shade, fastness, GSM, shrinkage, and appearance as per buyer’s specifications.

• Identify quality issues during production and take immediate corrective actions in coordination with production teams.

• Maintain proper records and reports of online quality checks and ensure traceability.

• Communicate with QA, R&D, and production teams to resolve any quality deviations.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and factory quality policies.

• Guide operators and helpers to maintain process discipline and prevent rejections.

• Ensure on-time quality clearance for bulk production and shipments.

• Any other task assigned by the superior or management
