Order receive & Open sales order & issue PI to Customer
L/D, 1st Bulk follow up, Submission Tracking.
Knitting/Dyeing/Finish production follow up as per TNA
Follow up Prod, Docs, Delivery Plan and ensure on time delivery
Communication with customer & GMTs Sales Person
Sample arrangement & Follow up
Customer complain Follow up & Visit & arrange Compensation when need.
Remove bottolneck from various section
SD related SAP Works
Making Hanger & Submit for Submit EC/APP/1st Bulk Submission
Update in Centric & O9 Project (Uniqlo)
Maintain and update the Time & Action (TNA) calendar for each order
Ensure on-time delivery and update buyer with shipping details and documentation
Any other task from superior or management.
