∎ Good communication skill on English.
∎ Good Knowledge on MS Excel/MS PowerPoint/ MS World etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Creating dyeing schedules based on shipment dates and buyer urgency.·
∎ Making machine-wise Batch card & dyeing plans based on production timelines.·
∎ Preparing daily, weekly, monthly production plans based on the order book. ·
∎ Following up on shade approvals for new styles and seasons.·
∎ Managing yarn and fabric lots, ensuring proper lab testing for new styles.·
∎ Conducting daily physical checks on dyeing processes and maintaining work-in-progress (WIP) reports.·
∎ Preparing reports on Daily/Weekly/Monthly production targets vs. actual output.·
∎ Updating Management on production progress and ensuring on-time delivery.·
∎ Coordinating with greige supply/ knitting planning, Batching team for smooth workflow·
∎ Reviewing daily QC reports and identifying issues in dyeing and finishing & make plan for rework·
∎ Check inventory of dyes, chemicals, and others raw materials.·
∎ Any other task from superior or management.
