∎ Must have 06 months Fire Safety Manager Course Certificate from FSCD.
∎ Holder of relevant HSE certifications such as ISO 45001:2018, IOSH, AOSH, or other industry-related safety training will be given preference.·
∎ Strong command of both English and Bengali for speaking, writing, and email correspondence.
∎ In-depth knowledge of BNBC, NFPA, EPZ Law, and Fire Service regulations.
∎ Willing to take challenges of work pressure & deadline.
∎ Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and other MS Office tools.
∎ Ability to take on other tasks as assigned by management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the unit fire & safety team with required supervision as per senior's instructions·
∎ Ensure the fire detection & protection in built facilities are operational as per standard Maintain the update safety related documents & checklist as per local codes & buyers requirements·
∎ Conduct the monthly in-house training, drill & half-yearly fire & evacuation drill as per yearly calendar.·
∎ Update fire evacuation map, CFDS drawing & others fire safety related AutoCAD drawings·
∎ Perform to remediate the CAP of internal & external audits specially RSC & NIRAPON issues Identify the hazard to take control measure in the complex factories, near miss, incident investigation & reporting·
∎ Update the fire safety plan & license keeping good industrial relations with local fire authority·
∎ Any other task from superior or management.
∎ We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Fire Safety professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fire safety management, training, risk assessments, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage fire safety procedures, work under pressure, and contribute to the overall safety and compliance of the organization.
