Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Dyeing Factory

• Knowledge and expertise in Shade matching, reduce reject, Proper chemical dosing.    

• Experience in Shade matching for Polyester Woven and knit Fabric.·  

• Good communication skill on English.      

• Good Knowledge on MS Excel/MS PowerPoint/ MS World etc.

We are seeking good and well experienced candidates for the Nylon & polyester Dyeing project. 

• Responsible for shift in charge.

• Check and monitor to ensure all parameters of the machine for quality products.

• Monitor the pretreatment process before dying.

• Shade matching according to buyer approval Swatch.

• Supervise dyes & chemicals sub store.

• Support to the R & D (Research & development) team for their new development sample.

• Monitoring & supervise to automation program.

• Follow up & deep observation with finishing & QA team for reducing rejection.

• Collaborate with the bulk lab for smooth production.

• Motivate workers to give high production.

• Supervise every step of the production process to make sure everyone is in compliance with state and national regulations.

• Any other task by the superior or management.
