Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BBA/B.Com/MBA/M.Com in HRM/Management/Sociology/Social Welfare from any Govt. Approved University, but PGDHRM will be given highly preference.
∎ Skills Required: HR and compliance, Labor Counseling, Labour Counselling

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR and compliance, Labor Counseling, Labour Welfare
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making workers aware of Health, Hygiene and Safety issues.
∎ Carrying out floor visits (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues.
∎ Handling grievances at the initial stage.
∎ Listening to workers and counseling them as well.
∎ Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance.
∎ Making workers aware of the rules and regulations of the company.
∎ Checking complaint/suggestion boxes to share the notes, if any, with the concerned management.
∎ Coordinating activities of the Medical center including its compliance issues.
∎ Carrying out staff/workers' orientation programmers.
∎ Carrying out different awareness programmers as per requirements of Bangladesh Labor Law/Directorate of Inspection of Factories and Establishments.
∎ Ensuring proper communication between workers and management.
∎ Maintaining registers (Maternity Leave, Grievance handling, Orientation, Awareness programmers, ISO Auditing etc.).
∎ Organizing meetings of Worker Participation Committee (WPC), Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Committees.
∎ Ensuring Maternity benefits as per Labor Law.
∎ Maintaining a good relationship with factory staff and workers.
∎ Ensuring different documentations related to HR and Policies Rules as per Company.
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following above.
∎ Ready-to-do any other assignment assigned by the company management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
∎ Knowledge & experience in Disciplinary Actions, Labor Law, Labor Rules etc.
∎ Strong math and critical reasoning skills.
∎ Ability to read/ write English.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
