Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the procurement and inventory of electrical and mechanical machinery spare parts to ensure seamless machine operations.
∎ Maintain safety stock levels and ensure uninterrupted supply through effective vendor coordination.
∎ Utilize relevant software to handle procurement activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and budgetary constraints.
∎ Analyze machinery and spare parts-related issues, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to management.
∎ Track and report daily operational progress, aligning tasks with operational plans and organizational goals.
∎ Apply engineering expertise to support maintenance activities and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
∎ Implement and oversee manpower strategies, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and timely follow-ups.
∎ Ensure timely execution of planned activities and compare actual outcomes against operational goals.
∎ Prepare and present periodic performance reports for management review.
