Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist in daily operation of store and inventory (Check Daily Stock balance for all Spare Parts, Construction materials, Raw and Refractory materials, printing-stationary goods and receiving Register, issuing daily gate pass for all returned & rejected materials).
∎ To check the requirements of goods and raise Purchase Requisition / Indent for every required Item & Issue all Raw Materials, spare parts, Chemicals, RM and Refractory as per requisition from respective department and update issuing register and software properly.
∎ To ensure total loading and unloading work for local & imported materials.
∎ To prepare MRR as per purchase order and challan & quality certificate as per challan/Invoice, check quantity physically and take signature from HOD.
∎ To prepare monthly consumption report and reconcilation with user department for effective costing.
∎ To prepare L/C wise monthly receiving report and reconciliation with commercial department for MRR and Issues.
∎ To communicate with commercial and purchase department for urgent indenting materials arrangement and make plan for receiving upcoming goods.
∎ To conduct physical stock inventory, verification of inventory and submit reconciliation report.
∎ To ensure housekeeping at Store area & ensure adherence of safety guidelines and procedures at Workplace.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience with SAP ERP system will be given preference
