• Good skill & knowledge on SAP·      

• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.    

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

We are seeking an experienced candidate with strong skills and knowledge in the Dyeing Factory Materials Control Department (MCD) and SAP.

· Ensure accurate tracking, recording, and reconciliation of raw material (RM) stock levels.

· Supervise the unloading, storage, and issuance of raw materials to the production department.

· Ensure timely delivery of materials to production and to both internal and external customers.

· Maintain proper documentation including GRN, issue slips, discrepancy resolution, physical audits, and record-keeping systems.

· Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety standards.

· Prepare and manage material issuance and distribution as required.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly delivery and inventory reports.

· Maintain and operate transactions in SAP related to materials management.

· Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors or management.
