Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealing with Bangladesh Labor Law & Rules and Factories Act.
∎ Dealing with Talent acquisition.
∎ Handling factory HR and Administrative issues.
∎ Handling leave management, disciplinary/grievance issues, counseling/warning, show cause, investigation/inquiry and employee relation issues as per law.
∎ Dealing with separation and final settlement.
∎ Prepare various reports on HR, Administrative and Compliance works.
∎ Updating data on software.
∎ Dealing with all regulatory documents.
∎ Any other assignment given by the superior/management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in Factory HR, Admin & Compliance.
∎ Must have composing speed in Bengali and English (Word, XL, PowerPoint, etc).
∎ Must have communication & coordination skills.
∎ Should be energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Must be efficient in net browsing.
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
