Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic person who has practical knowledge & skills in factory compliance and audits (RSC/Nirapon/VF/BSCI/Sedex/Bluesign/ Oeko-tex/GRS/RCS and other certification Audit).
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Ensure standard compliance in the factory as per law and company policy.
Prepare factory for all kinds of compliance/certification audit. Execute all kinds of audit related activities.
Analyze CAP report, take corrective actions as per report and provide feedback to buyer/auditor.
Conduct regular inspection and risk assessment of electrical system, components and equipment to identify hazards, defects and need for repairing or replacement.
Monitor and maintain substation and electrical panel board (LT, HT, PFI, MDB, SDB, DB panel) according to compliance.
Look after installation and maintenance of Central Fire Detection System (CFDS)
Create electrical single line diagram, Electrical layout plan by AutoCAD and other software.
Ensure that fire, structural, electrical and chemical safety is present in the factory as per relevant law/rules.
Conduct internal audits periodically and report to management.
Look after various employee bodies such as WPC, Health & Safety committee, Anti-Harassment Committee, etc. as required by local law. Prepare minutes and maintain relevant documents.
Monitor environmental sustainability, FEM, FSLM, etc.
Ensure optimum utilization of energy for minimization of operational/production cost.
