Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counsel the general issues like company rules regulation
∎ Update first aid, fire warden, & all authorized pictures
∎ Prepare compliance documentation
∎ Ensure floor visit to maintain hygienic and healthy environment
∎ Ensure buyers' social compliance & audit related documentation update
∎ Will be responsible for grievance handling, disciplinary action & maintenance of harmonious employer-employee relationship.
∎ Prepare monthly disease and injury analysis report
∎ Regular monitoring of expecting employees, maternity information, ensuring the benefit is received on time
∎ Prepare and update maternity benefit sheet & register regularly
∎ Arrange all kind of training programs and prepare training agenda and calendar
∎ Visit (day care) center on a regular basis
∎ Improve employee relations, communication as well as grievance-handling issues.
∎ Conduct orientation
∎ Regulate absenteeism
∎ Grievance management for floor employees
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 31 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in HR, Administration & Compliance with large garments industry.
∎ Skills Required: Payroll Processing, People Management
∎ Should be self motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skill and fluent in English.
