Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
Proven experience as an Excel power user and advanced Excel proficiency.
Expertise in Excel functions including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS and nested formulas.
Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal for internal and external correspondence.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintaining regular communication to address buyer inquiries, provide production updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate closely with production, quality and sales teams to fulfill buyer requirements in a timely manner.
Address buyer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
Design and generate various buyer reports, graphs and dashboards to visualize KPI/OKI.
