Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Master’s degree in any discipline.

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering will be preferred.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Proven experience as an Excel power user and advanced Excel proficiency.

• Expertise in Excel functions including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS and nested formulas.

• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal for internal and external correspondence.

• Effective communication and presentation skills.

• Maintaining regular communication to address buyer inquiries, provide production updates and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate closely with production, quality and sales teams to fulfill buyer requirements in a timely manner.

• Address buyer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.

• Design and generate various buyer reports, graphs and dashboards to visualize KPI/OKI.
