• Proficiency in using security technology and surveillance system

• Implement and supervise daily security protocols offices, factories, warehouse and various project sites. Lead and supervise a team of Security Guards, ensure appropriate development to ensure utmost safety and security.

• Manage and maintain overall premises security to prevent unauthorized access and ensure a safe working environment.

• Oversee visitor management processes, including registration, identification verification, and escorting when necessary.

• Monitor and operate the CCTV security system to detect and report suspicious activities or security breaches.

• Administer gate pass issuance and control access to company facilities.

• Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of security support staff to maintain high standards of security operations.

• Prepare and submit regular security reports to management, highlighting incidents, observations, and recommendations.
