Educational Requirements:
∎ An ideal candidate should have Honors / Bachelors degree from any recognized university, in the discipline of Commerce / Business Studies

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions after investigation within the time limits and follow up until satisfying the customers
∎ Follow-up the day-to-day e-mail communication about quality of materials & products
∎ Investigate customer complaints in different factories regarding any quality issue and prepare the report in standard format
∎ Analyze the root cause of customer complaints / dissatisfaction & take necessary action accordingly to resolve the complain and delight the customer
∎ Maintain customer complaints records / register & make it available when necessary (management reporting, audits etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: The ideal applicant should have minimum 01 to 03 (one to three) years of relevant experience in similar industry
∎ Should be a pleasant personality, smart and well groomed
∎ Should work well independently as well as in a big team
∎ Should be self-motivated, organized and disciplined
∎ Knowledge on "Quality Management System" and ISO 9001:2015
∎ Knowledge on "Statistical Analysis of Data" related to a Quality Assurance Program
∎ Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility
∎ Should be willing to work additional hours if it is required to finish the assigned responsibility
∎ Should have knowledge in MS Office, ERP & other computer applications
∎ Should have good reporting ability, good communication skill in English - both written & verbal
