Educational Requirements:
∎ An ideal candidate should have Honors / Bachelors / Master degree from recognized university, preferably in Commerce / Business Studies. PGD in HRM will be a value addition

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design relevant and realistic HR Training Programs to facilitate employee development
∎ Help employees to enhance the effectiveness of employees' performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company
∎ Design Talent Retention Programs and assist in Succession Planning
∎ Carry out orientation / induction programs for new employees and facilitate on-job training and smooth adaptation
∎ Design & Develop learning activities, team-building programs, audio-visual materials, development plans and conflict resolution plans
∎ Reviews evaluations / feedback of training courses and link with objectives and accomplishments
∎ Make assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance (individual & group), and devise follow-up session as required
∎ Train employees on HR issues and practices and help in developing a progressive company culture
∎ Ensure strong employee relations / industrial relations by establishing fair and effective communications channel
∎ Conduct regular surveys / feedback sessions with employees to accumulate and evaluate the people issues in the company
∎ Ensure that the realistic and logical recommendations from employees are implemented, within the purview of local law, company policy and development initiatives, exercising maximum employee engagement
∎ Assist in incorporating best HR practices across the organization, developing a culture of trust and reliability among the employees

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have 03 to 05 (three to five) years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization

∎ Developing training contents / modules
∎ KPI Formulation and Implementation
∎ Modern Industrial Relations Practices
∎ Knowledge on industry requirements & current practices
∎ Well conversant in English & Bangla
∎ Good communication & presentation skills, including speech delivery (public speaking)
∎ Pro-active, friendly, smart & hard-working
∎ Pleasant personality, smart and well groomed
∎ Self-motivated and disciplined
∎ Tactical & Patient; Sympathetic & Compassionate
∎ A good listener and pleasant orator; Soft-spoken & Gentle
∎ Well organized in managing multiple tasks & maintaining deadlines
∎ Should have keen sense of punctuality along with strong ethical and professional responsibility
