Job Context:
∎ The primary purpose of this position is to carry out the regular / assigned activities and tasks related to the Accounts & Finance department of the company. This position will address issues related to regulatory and documentation procedures of the company related to Audit, Banking, Payment, Intercompany Reconciliation, Tax & VAT issues etc. This position will also complement the department head to maintain the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department and facilitate daily operations.
∎ Job Location: Adamjee EPZ, Dhaka City
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Financial Statement in compliance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard)
∎ Report monthly & financial analysis of country results (both P&L and KPI's)
∎ Prepare & reconcile all intercompany transactions
∎ Liaise with auditors, central bank, Tax and VAT authority on fiscal policies
∎ Involve with credit control, treasury, and capital expenditure
∎ Prepare monthly cost report and analysis
∎ Prepare internal control report and share to local management
Additional Requirements:
∎ The ideal applicant should have minimum 03 to 04 (three to four) years of relevant experience in similar industry
∎ Soft-spoken & Gentle; well conversant in English & Bangla
∎ Pro-active, friendly, smart & hard-working
∎ Tactical & Patient; Sympathetic & Compassionate
∎ Well organized in managing multiple tasks & maintaining deadlines
∎ Familiar with MS Office and other software including ERP system
