Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving Sales Target and increasing market Share
∎ Develop and maintain sustainable business relationship with customers
∎ Communicate directly with customers; visit the market / customers on regular basis
∎ Communicate with Global KAMs and Head of Commercial Operations for Market Penetration Strategy
∎ Explore Untapped Business Opportunities
∎ Negotiation and Pricing Management with Customers
∎ Attend customer complaints and negotiate probable solutions on time
∎ Key Account Management for respective major brands
∎ Prepare sales projection to plan material requisition
∎ Strong analytical and critical reasoning
∎ Coordinate with team to formulate and implement effective sales & marketing strategy
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries; handle and resolve customer complaints
∎ Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: The ideal applicant should have minimum 01 to 03 (one to three) years of relevant experience in similar industry
∎ Should be a pleasant personality, smart and well groomed
∎ Should work well independently as well as in a big team
∎ Should be self motivated, organized and disciplined
∎ Should have patience and good negotiation capability
∎ Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility
∎ Should be willing to work additional hours if it is required to finish the assigned responsibility
∎ Should have knowledge in MS Office, ERP & other computer applications
∎ Should have good analytical ability, good communication skill in English - both written & verbal
