Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement skill matrix and skill inventory management.
∎ Conduct packaging LHL data analysis.
∎ Carry out efficiency follow up activities.
∎ Ensure efficient and effective manpower management.
∎ Supervise shipment follow up process.
∎ Perform material follow up
∎ Execute organizational strategies
∎ Accomplish implementation & follow up of lean tools
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 28000 (Monthly)
