Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Leather Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in IPE
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in SCM will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Attention to detail, Excelent Communication, Excellent Reporting Skill, Microsoft Excel, Time Management skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Leather industry, Production planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Solution to keep on time demand wise material arrangement by pulling purchaser, pulling logistic (BD & CN) for transportation, measuring the actual pull form PC/ Production/ WH/ IQC, and achieving internal control (Cutting/ WIP/ Daily Output)
∎ Exporting PMC file, update amendment / current status.
∎ Updating PC demand (File, color & X-Fty. wise) in PMC file.
∎ Updating initial ETD/ ETA/ Ship Mode;
∎ Updating Warehouse stock in ERP.
∎ System related information & daily received invoice or information update PMC file.
∎ Sustain smooth material Information flow from supplier to Production.
∎ Coordinate between Supply Chain & Production Control / Production.
∎ Demand wise forecasting match / mismatch & pre-alert to related department & solve the mismatch and ensure no hamper production happens by reaching multi department agreement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of leather Bag Manufacturing.
∎ Thorough knowledge of production life cycle.
∎ Good Understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics management.
∎ Thorough working knowledge and Tools for Production Planning.
∎ Good working knowledge of MS office program (expert in excel & power point)
∎ Ability to plan own work, setting priorities.
∎ Good team player with integrity.
∎ Ability to work independently.
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 24000 (Monthly)

∎ Salary review after successful completion of probationary period along with guaranteed allowance of BDT 4,000.
