Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor in engineering preferably in Accounting, Leather Engineering, Industrial Engineering and the alike. Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in SCM will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Attention to detail, Excellent communication skill, Excellent Reporting Skill, Microsoft Excell, Time Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Leather industry, Merchandising, Product Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Track and monitor incoming production material for on time arrival in factory. Coordinate with Purchase, Logistics and Planning departments for transportation tracking, conformity of actual quantity arrival, recommend for necessary adjustments.
∎ Update and share the product specification file (PMC File) with latest status.
∎ Update the planning info in PMC file.
∎ Update the initial ETD/ ETA/ Shipping Mode.
∎ Updating Warehouse stock in ERP.
∎ Update and share the PMC File on received invoices.
∎ Demand wise forecasting match / mismatch & pre-alert to related department & solve the mismatch and ensure production materials are supplied smoothly by reaching out to multi-department agreements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of leather bag manufacturing/ planning/ merchandising will be an added advantage.
∎ Thorough knowledge of production life cycle.
∎ Good understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics management.
∎ Thorough working knowledge of using tools for Production Planning.
∎ Good working knowledge of MS Office programs (expert in MS Excel & Power Point)
∎ Ability to plan own work, setting priorities.
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 28000 (Monthly)
