∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Strong understanding of textile science, fiber properties, yarn construction, and fabric construction.
∎ Experience with various testing methods for fabrics (physical, chemical, etc.).
∎ Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Good Communication skill on English.
∎ Good Knowledge on MS Excel/MS PowerPoint/ MS World etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct research on new fibers, yarns, weaving/knitting techniques, finishing processes, and fabric functionalities.
∎ Develop and test new fabric to meet specific requirements and market trends.
∎ Ensure that fabric quality is achievable and can be maintained from development through to bulk delivery.
∎ Analyze fabric performance data and recommend improvements to existing fabrics or process.
∎ Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in textile technology and sustainable practices.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation of research findings, fabric specifications and fabric process detail.
