Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation in Finance, HR or MIS from reputed university or institutions.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years practical working experience in HR payroll management. Relevant working experience in development organisations will be given preference.
∎ Comprehensive and working knowledge of payroll system.
∎ Ability to create, review and ensure compliance of policies and procedures.
∎ Technical knowledge and experience on MIS software.
∎ Experience in training facilitation will be treated as an advantage.
∎ High level of integrity and sense of maintaining confidentiality.
∎ Problem solving and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work with diverse team and capacity to work under pressure and deadline.

Salary:
∎ Monthly Gross Salary will be 57,122/- with other admissible benefits such as festival bonus, provident fund, gratuity, medical benefit, group life insurance etc
