We are seeking an experienced Officer with a strong background in MCD (Material Control Department). Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Distribute the daily MCD program to the concerned MCD personnel.
Arrange and follow up on the daily delivery program in line with the Planning and Commercial teams’ schedules.
Coordinate logistic support for unloading imported materials.
Monitor and follow up on incoming materials and maintain inventory records.
Ensure daily follow-up on fabric received from the Inspection Department.
Reconcile finished fabric stock by conducting location checks with the MCD team.
Ensure maximum utilization of the MCD area and address compliance requirements.
Promote awareness regarding PPE usage, fire safety, security, company core values, and rules.
Participate in quarterly internal and external audits.
Submit various reports as required by Management.
Operate software systems including APM & SAP.
Prepare and submit required reports to relevant stakeholders.
Performing any other tasks assigned by superiors or management
