• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing methods, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Technical expertise in manufacturing processes and operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidate must be fully-computer literate and capable of using the full Microsoft Office Package.
• Must have strong technical & conceptual skills.

• Manage and oversee all laboratory operations, including scheduling, testing, and reporting.

• Ensure all laboratory procedures comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Supervise laboratory technicians and provide necessary training and guidance.

• Maintain laboratory equipment, arrange calibration, and ensure timely repairs.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory activities.

• Monitor inventory of chemicals, reagents, and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed.

• Verify test results for accuracy before reporting.

• Prepare and present laboratory performance reports to management.

• Ensure proper waste management and safe disposal of laboratory materials.
