∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Solid understanding of leather or fabric is preferable.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create accurate digital markers and perform leather nesting using the COMELZ system.
∎ Maintain daily material consumption records; compare actual vs. theoretical usage.
∎ Monitor marker efficiency and analyze material yield based on actual cut results.
∎ Identify and mark leather defects (e.g., scars, shading, looseness, pinholes).
∎ Follow quality callout protocols and document issues.
∎ Work with Sales and QA for feedback on leather acceptance standards.
∎ Coordinate with production teams on marking and cutting concerns.
∎ Notify suppliers of quality issues and follow up on compensations or responses.
