Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Products Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Footwear Engineering, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: interpersonal and leadership skill, Mangement, Quality Audit

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up on incoming materials, verify, measure, inspect & ensure quality of materials as per specifications and established standards.
∎ Maintain, monitor and track inspection schedule, timeliness and standards.
∎ Ensure the final Inspection report is sent to China purchase and warehouse including Planning
∎ Ensure preparation of daily checking schedule for Quality check based on Production demand and delivery date as per standards and SOP received from Merchandising on article master and standards for checking
∎ Train all members of the IQC team on how and what to check for several types of materials including tools, techniques & methods used by reporting lines/ reporters
∎ Monitor, track and report on Daily Attendance and absenteeism ensuring that number of people required are available from floaters
∎ Assign, monitor and report targets for checking and report defects, efficiency rates to China Purchasing team for every specific material
∎ Ensure corrective measures area implemented for areas where checking efficiency is lower than target and report deviations and corrective measures implemented
∎ Prepare all kinds of report and present in the monthly meeting on various parameters such as monthly efficiency, defects and shortage rate, supplier review, quality issue on materials supplied and specific issues faced and what corrective measures were recommended and implemented
∎ S6S - Ensure that all elements of S6S is followed and the team receives an audit score which is among the top 5 within Ventura
∎ Lead to Collect and check leather loss report from production floor, report any discrepancy in quality or quantity to Supervisor and cross verify materials on production floor to take necessary action
∎ Lead to All types of defects and shortage information are updated on "total format" (also known as 20days early warning) and reported to China/ BD Purchasing team, PMC and Warehouse
∎ Lead to Production PI (Supplement memo) after check, send to China/BD purchaser and check for inventory levels to identify if it is a material problem or an issue of poor use in production
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have will and ability to learn work in Leather Bag Manufacturing Industry.
∎ Must be hard worker and future goal to grow up with the company.
∎ Must have will to stay in Nilphamari/ Saidpur.
Salary: Negotiable
