  • Good skill in typing (Bengali & English).

  • Advanced Skill in MS Excel, MS Word & Power Point.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.

  • Solid understanding of full-cycle of recruitment processes.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • English Language proficiency.                                            

  • Good Knowledge in EPZ Labor Act 2019 & EPZ Labor Rules 2022.                          



Responsibilities & Context:

A. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding procedures in accordance with company policies. Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires and smooth exit formalities for departing employees. Prepare and distribute employee ID card. Ensure timely distribution of uniform.

B. HR Operations & Data Management:

  • Update and maintain employee information in HR software and databases. Prepare and circulate monthly employee database reports and other HR reports as needed. Coordinate employee confirmation and transfer procedures. Manage employee separation processes.

C. Recruitment & Selection (Executive & Worker):

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for both executive and worker-level positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth, timely, and cost-effective recruitment process. Update and maintain recruitment-related forms and documentation.

D. Compliance & Process Coordination:

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with internal policies and legal regulations. Document varification & Support for social compliance audit.

E. General Support:

  • Assist in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Perform any other tasks assigned by the department manager.
