∎ Solid understanding of full-cycle of recruitment processes.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
∎ Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
∎ Good Skill in MS Excel, MS Word & Power Point.
∎ English Language proficiency.
∎ Good Knowledge in EPZ Labor Act 2019 & EPZ Labor Rules 2022.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate employees Training & Developmental program.
∎ Conduct Induction Training for new employees.
∎ Handle end-to-end Recruitment and Selection process.
∎ Conduct joining formalities and employee’s orientation.
∎ HRIS operation and Attendance Management (Leave, Overtime, Shift).
∎ Prepare Employee Final Settlement of separated employees.
∎ Preparing employees database (monthly) and various HR reports.
∎ Any other task assigns by the department manager.
