∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
∎ Good at MS Excel, MS Word & Power Point.
∎ English Language proficiency.
∎ Good Knowledge in EPZ Labor Act 2019 & EPZ Labor Rules 2022.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Employee Onboarding & Offboarding.
∎ Maintain & Keep Employee Personal Files Updated.
∎ Preparing Monthly Employee Database and Various HR Reports.
∎ Update employee information in HR software & HR database.
∎ Take care female uniform, service rule etc.
∎ Update and maintain Employee Service Book.
∎ Monitor Childcare Center facility.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Department manager.
∎ Employee Onboarding & Offboarding.
