∎ Joining process & resign process handling.
∎ Preparation of Job Description.
∎ Performance Management System.
∎ Prepare monthly HR report with details as required.
∎ Compensation & Benefit.
∎ Employee Motivation.
∎ Reward Appreciation.
∎ Final Settlement.
∎ Any other job assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be willing to perform Shifting Duty.
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management
