∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle recruitment, selection & placement and select suitable candidates, secure of their personal file .
∎ Administrate all types of Buyer's/social and environmental compliance audit and organize the factory.
∎ Develop effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about BNBC, NFPA ACCORD,BSCI, WRAP, C-TPAT etc.
∎ To maintain overall HR and compliance work as per buyer requirement.
∎ Resolve labor relation issues, Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and Documentation
∎ Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
∎ Responsible for all human resource activities including employment, Wages & compensation, benefits, staff relations, and training & development.
∎ Occupational Health & Safety, Periodical reporting on HR status, Employee counseling and Motivation, Developing Personnel Policy- HR Handbook/Service Book.
∎ To ensure promotion, internal transfer, and look after their total HR, Admin and Compliance support disciplinary action as per Labor Law
∎ Manage attendance and leave of employees
∎ Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of securities, Vehicle Management and cleaning.
∎ Perform other relevant task assigned by management
