We are seeking an experienced Officer – Process Development for our Dyeing Factory. The key responsibilities include:
Monitor and control dyeing processes to ensure consistency, shade accuracy, and fabric quality.
Check and verify dyeing recipes, chemicals, and machine settings before bulk production.
Ensure proper execution of process parameters (temperature, pH, time, dosing, etc.) as per approved standards.
Conduct in-process checks and take corrective actions to minimize re-dyeing or rejection.
Work closely with Lab, R&D, and Production teams to maintain process reliability.
Maintain accurate process control records, reports, and machine logs for traceability.
Support continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and save resources.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and factory policies.
Provide technical guidance to operators and helpers to maintain discipline and consistency in production.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the superior or management.
