We are seeking an experienced Officer – Process Development for our Dyeing Factory. The key responsibilities include:

• Monitor and control dyeing processes to ensure consistency, shade accuracy, and fabric quality.

• Check and verify dyeing recipes, chemicals, and machine settings before bulk production.

• Ensure proper execution of process parameters (temperature, pH, time, dosing, etc.) as per approved standards.

• Conduct in-process checks and take corrective actions to minimize re-dyeing or rejection.

• Work closely with Lab, R&D, and Production teams to maintain process reliability.

• Maintain accurate process control records, reports, and machine logs for traceability.

• Support continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and save resources.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and factory policies.

• Provide technical guidance to operators and helpers to maintain discipline and consistency in production.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the superior or management.
