∎ Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality standards
∎ Proficiency in nesting software (e.g. Auto CAD, SigmaNEST, Lantek)
∎ Basic understanding of CNC cutting machines, Laser Cutting machine, Punch machine and plate optimization techniques
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
∎ Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality standards
∎ Proficiency in nesting software (e.g. Auto CAD, SigmaNEST, Lantek)
∎ Basic understanding of CNC cutting machines, Laser Cutting machine, Punch machine and plate optimization techniques
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create and optimize nesting plans to minimize material waste and ensure efficient cutting processes
∎ Analyze design drawings and production requirements to develop accurate plans
∎ Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
∎ Monitor production schedules and address any delays or bottlenecks
∎ Ensure proper allocation and utilization of raw materials
∎ Collaborate with the procurement team to manage inventory levels
∎ Inspect and ensure adherence to quality standards in nesting and production processes
∎ Use CAD/CAM and nesting software to streamline operations
∎ Maintain detailed records of nesting plans, production reports, and material usage
∎ Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow and project success
∎ This position supports the seamless integration of design, materials and production processes to deliver high-quality prefabricated steel structures
