Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Resolve technical issues within different components
∎ Provide technical support to clients in person and remotely
∎ Research, diagnose and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner
∎ Project's inspection & collect information
∎ Preparing proposal, price offer, Contract agreement
∎ Analysis & review quantity & costing
∎ Collaborate with engineers and architects to review project specifications, drawings and technical documents, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards and regulations
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, technical support activities, and product-related documentation
∎ All others Sales support related works as advised by the management
∎ As a Technical Support Engineer, the primary responsibility is to provide technical assistance to the team as well as customers, throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.
