Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements
∎ Track production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and minimize waste
∎ Ensure all products meet industry standards and company quality benchmarks through regular inspections and adherence to quality protocols
∎ Lead and mentor the production team, providing clear instructions, resolving issues, and promoting a safe and productive work environment
∎ Efficiently allocate manpower, materials, and machinery to maximize productivity and reduce downtime
∎ Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations Prepare and submit regular production reports to management
∎ Work closely with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure seamless coordination and successful project delivery
∎ This role ensures optimal production efficiency, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery while managing resources and fostering collaboration within the team
