Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks and ensure adequate stock availability to meet production demands.
∎ Receive incoming materials, conduct quality assessment and ensure proper storage. Facilitate the timely dispatch and supply of materials as per production requirements.
∎ Ensure proper storage of materials, following safety protocols and best practices to prevent damage, destruction or deterioration. Implement efficient storage methods for easy access and retrieval.
∎ Manage comprehensive documentation of materials received, issued, and in stock. Generate regular reports on inventory status and provide analysis to optimize inventory levels.
∎ Collaborate with procurement, production, and quality control teams to ensure smooth operations and address any material-related issues promptly.
∎ The role is responsible for storage, issuance, and maintenance of materials to support seamless production operations of per-fabricated steel structures. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skill, and a commitment to maintaining optimal inventory levels.
