Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Administrative support on a day-to-day basis in an internationally compliant factory in Savar.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all administrative activities and prepare reports as needed.
∎ Maintain good housekeeping, floor, and machinery cleaning plans.
∎ Receive letters, messages, documents, bills, challan, and dispatch them to concerned persons by keeping records.
∎ Proper checking of materials during entrance and exit from factory premises.
∎ Supervise repair works on-premises with concerned officials.
∎ Assist to organize organizational events, programs, annual meetings etc.
∎ Miscellaneous jobs assigned by the management.
