∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concerned department.
∎ Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Office.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
∎ Provide counseling on policies and procedures. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process.
∎ Visit to the project on a regular basis to monitor and follow up daily work. Assist in Training and Development activities.
∎ Assist in performance management processes.
∎ Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
∎ Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
∎ Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
∎ Any other duties assigned by superior.
∎ Currently we are seeking for some smart, quick learner, energetic, self motivated freshers form reputed universities.
