As an MTO – Category, you will play a key role in driving product strategy, analyzing trends, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure the right product reaches the right shelf at the right time. Assist in Developing Category Strategy:
- Work closely with the Category Manager to create strategic plans for specific product lines.
Supplier Sourcing and Relationship Management:
- Responsible for identifying reliable suppliers and maintaining strong working relationships with them.
Market Analysis and Decision Support:
- Collect and analyze various forms of data, such as market trends, competitor pricing, and sales performance.
Coordination with Internal Stakeholders:
- Collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to implement category plans.
Monitoring KPIs and Performance:
- Track key performance metrics like sales growth, profit margins, inventory turnover, and supplier service levels.
