∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ability to communicate effectively, Able to work under pressure, All kinds of Garments (KnitWovenSweater), Garment Factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to handle buyer individually.
∎ Meet & deal with Buyers Independently for all merchandising activities such as costing, price quotation, negotiation etc.
∎ Sourcing new suppliers.
∎ Costing and negotiate with different suppliers.
∎ Ensure trims, fabrics and other accessories are in house on time and follow-up regularly.
∎ Planning for new season sampling and production orders.
∎ Collect garment samples, trims and different types of swatches from suppliers.
∎ Follow up with buyers for approval and feedback.
∎ Manage & arrange all kind of production approval (Lab-dip-Sample-Trims) from Local Office/US Office.
∎ Sourcing materials for new development.
∎ Manage key customer accounts from costing to shipment.
∎ Maintain communication between Buyer for all sort of development and other issues.
∎ Should have merchandising knowledge on Knit & Woven and various Knit & Woven washes along with costing.
∎ Assignment of jobs and monitoring the activities (team members, if any).
∎ Monitor production and ensures time schedule and quality of garments.
∎ Monitor and processing of shipping documents; follow-up with Forwarder, Shipping Agent, liaison with Bank etc.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
∎ Must be fluent in English.
∎ Excellent written communication skill required.
Salary: Negotiable
