∎ Must have experience of multi product, materials, costing, screen-printing, embroideries, heat transfer production tracking and execution in knit and woven garments.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication in English
∎ Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field
∎ Should have strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Computer literacy especially in ERP, PLM and Microsoft Office package

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Business development
∎ Supplier Management
∎ Manage the product development for clothing and ensure the best offer to the team in terms of product, price, quality
∎ Production follow-up till Shipment and Delivery analysis based on Store Arrival Date (Selling).
∎ Conduction of problem-solving meeting with all concern people to make a good teamwork.
∎ Ensuring On time delivery by tracking all sequential processes of merchandising operation.
∎ Manage all sample development and approval in time for teams Brand review meeting
∎ Understand costing across woven/knit as well as raw material cost.
∎ Advise on engineering of products to meet targets
∎ Work with QA team within the development lead time
∎ Monitor and evaluate factory base, trial orders, production
∎ Oversee clothing, critical path management and weekly reviews

∎ Eastport is looking to hire a Merchandiser to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years or more experience in related field.
