Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the booking and in-house management of imported trims and accessories, ensuring timely payment for imported items.
∎ Maintain daily communication with the buying office and factory.
∎ Manage the booking and in-house follow-up of imported fabric according to deadlines and shipping documents.
∎ Conduct weekly CP meetings and risk analysis meetings with the sourcing office to prevent any issues before shipment.
∎ Experience in costing and post-cost analysis is required.
∎ Experience with Time and Action (T&A) planning is essential
