∎ A postgraduate qualification or equivalent in Business Administration or relevant field

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead C&B programs in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
∎ Develop and conduct analyses to make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective compensation and benefits (C&B) programs aligned with the University's reward strategy.
∎ Ensure that the programs and systems related to the C&B area meet the University's growth strategies, procedures and policies as well as legal requirements and regulations.
∎ Perform salary review based on market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness to attract and retain competent employees.
∎ Salary structures review to drive the desired organizational behavior and high-performance culture.
∎ Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with University policies.
∎ Participate and implement staff benefits programs, annual insurance renewals and medical benefits.
∎ Participate compensation and benefit processes including appraisals to support salary increases, promotions and bonus payments.
∎ Provide consultative advice to business partners/ line managers on all C&B matters.
∎ Preparing budgets, reports, and presentations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8+ years of professional experience in Compensation and Benefits
∎ Good market knowledge and excellent skill in data management
∎ Should have good communication skill especially in writing
∎ Ability to work effectively in a diverse community and meet the needs of diverse groups
∎ Strong organizational and planning skills
∎ Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding work hour
