Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review and Validate yarn quality standard by USTER Test and Yarn Test Report
∎ Monitor the quality of the Fabric through the various stages of production
∎ Approve sample fabric as per approved swatch/STD (Standard Target Sheet).
∎ Prepare and maintain department budget.
∎ Ensure the bulk production based on approved FTD (Fabric Technical Data) and sample fabric parameter.
∎ Maintain “Munsell Hue” report
∎ Validate finished fabric quality
∎ Share customers update comments to RMG & Textile departments.
∎ Suggest for fabric quality issue during production stage.
∎ Analyze monthly fabric inspection report & find out the actual root cause and provide suggestion for improvement
∎ Monitoring all safety issues and follow up audit as per customers’ requirements
∎ Work closely with Production, Quality & Merchandising department.
∎ Performed as a team leader of the MGPQ team
∎ Conduct monthly GPQ Audit for H&M as well as face final GPQ audit
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
