Or, Educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidates with extensive relevant experience.

• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.      

• Strong leadership and team management skills.      

• In-depth knowledge of dyeing machinery, chemicals, and processes.      

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.     

• Effective communication and reporting skills.

We are seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager – Dyeing, Knit & Woven for polyester & Cotton both. The role is responsible for ensuring high-quality output, maximizing productivity, and maintaining cost-effective processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in dyeing, process optimization, and fabric quality standards, along with proven team leadership skills to drive both production efficiency and sustainability initiatives. Ensure optimal utilization of labor, machinery, and raw materials.

·Experienced in Dyeing with back process knowledge.

·Knowledge on dyes selection in recipe.

·Should have control on lab for matching.

·Dyes-chemical consumption monitoring

·Incumbent need to understand after Dyeing Process-Finishing

·Need to understand different fastness test.

·Optimize energy, water and introduce innovative dyeing techniques to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

·Lead, mentor and train dyeing operators, technicians & supervisors and floor control

·Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.

·Collaborate with QA and testing teams to drive continuous improvement.

·Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters, production data, and chemical usage.

·Must understand buyer test requirement.

·Need understand color matching with the help of Data color/Macbeth computer.

·Should be good enough idea in color matching & for color decision.

·Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors or management.
